    Final Days of Whole30 & DRAMATIC RESULTS

    First thing’s first! Let’s get the last two days of Whole30 out of the way. Day 29 Best Thing I Ate: Meatballs and garden salad. Thoughts: Kinda having some concern about the end of Whole30. We’ve talked about taking a break for one day between this round and next, but I don’t know how to feel about it.     Whole30: Week 4

    Day 22 Best Thing I Ate: Pork roast seasoned with compliant BBQ dry rub and Tessemae’s ketchup. Thoughts: It’s party day, and I know we’ll be facing lots of temptations. Kinda worried about staying strong. Emotionally: Happy. Very happy. Physically: Energetic and good. No back pain or diarrhea. Still having some tww symptoms like sore boobs, tired, and noticed more frequent urination. Notable: Hosted a party with a mix of compliant and non-compliant foods and survived!
